Arts & Culture Series

ÁLON launched the “Arts & Culture with a Cause” (ACC) series in honour of water as part of an emerging integration of performances, styles, dance, music and art expression focused in support of water causes, illustrating how business and the arts prosper from working in partnership, acting as catalysts to spark convergence and impact.

ACC was launched in New York, in May 2011 in partnership with Hamburg-Kennedy Photographs (HKP) and ÁLON Water Ambassador & Artisan, Romantic Classical Pianist, Ms. Katya Grineva, Steinway Artiste and 13-time Carnegie Hall Performer. Through Katya’s  music and the support of HKP, proceeds of the concert and cocktail benefitted the Tsunami victims of Japan in 2011.

The ACC Series typically comprise:

-       Water Dialogues featuring prominent speakers, philanthropists, industry leaders, government agencies, dignitaries and change agents, engaging ÁLON Water Ambassadors who actively contribute to awareness raising campaigns, advocacy work and water policy-setting .

-       Arts & Culture Engagements showcasing renowned artists dedicated to the water cause.
