Water Talks, Art Exhibit & Cocktail, 7 July 2011, Singapore International Water Week

7 July 2011, Singapore. ”Arts & Culture with a Cause: In Honour of Water” premiered an alternative approach to connecting people, planet and philanthropy by bringing globally relevant causes – such as Women & Water and Water Security in the Middle East, to the lifestyle segment of Singapore.

On July 7th, 2011 in line with Singapore International Water Week, Alon & Patrons hosted a private cocktail with social talks to raise awareness on critical water issues, alongside boutique lifestyle products and water artworks supporting social entrepreneurship.

The event gathered prominent, by invite only guests, patrons and media of Singapore based “Arts & Culture with a Cause”. The social engagement dialogue approach included talks from Worldbank, UN and Asia-Europe Dialogue advisors to a private-sector audience from the luxury segment interested in endorsing the global water agenda. Proceeds are allocated to sustainable water & sanitation oriented NGO’s in Asia.
